Refunds:

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in resalable condition and the seal remains unbroken in order to qualify for a full refund.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for any product with a broken seal, due to hygiene reasons. No exceptions will be made.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a replacement.

  • All items submitted for replacement are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our return criteria.

  • For items confirmed as damaged or defective, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover handling fees or return shipping costs.
